Creative Memories buys new headquarters.
St. Cloud-based CM Group Holdings Inc., the company behind the scrapbooking brand Creative Memories, has paid $5.125 million for this former manufacturing plant at 1100 Stearns Drive in Sauk Rapids. (Submitted photo: CoStar)
The company grew to 1,100 employees and $400 million in revenue in 2009 before collapsing and facing bankruptcy in 2013.
